Please enter the text to be personalised EXACTLY as you want it to appear. We are only able to accept a maximum of 20 characters (including spaces) per line over 4 lines. You do not need to use all four lines.

Please note: This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of small children. Breakable parts could pose a hazard. For ages 3 and up. Overwinding will damage the musical movement mechanism inside the box and the music will no longer play – damage caused by overwinding is not covered by our returns policy.

Alternatively, we can send the plaque loose inside the box for you to position where you wish.
